Turgut Aydın Group is one of the biggest companies of Turkey working on retail, healthcare and textile sectors. The new headquarters will house 700 employees of the healthcare and retail companies of the group. Memorial Consulting team managed all the design and construction phases of the project. The office was designed to be flexible and emphasize wellbeing. The plan was shifting from private office to open plan as well as maximizing both collaboration and focused work areas. Energy efficient lighting and plumbing systems, maximum daylight access, creativity provoking working spaces was the key elements of the design. The building provides an inspirational working environment for employees. The floor plan divided in two zones, first one contains circulation and social interaction areas, second zone contains office spaces with flexible working arrangements cater to diverse individual and collective needs. Specially designed textile ceiling ensure calm working spaces with highly efficient acoustic performance.
